Fleet Management Basics
Learn how to manage multiple vehicles and drivers through Truck Comply USA's fleet management tools.
If you manage a fleet of vehicles, Truck Comply USA provides specialized tools to track compliance across your entire operation. Here's how to use them effectively.
Adding Multiple Vehicles
During setup, indicate that you're a fleet manager and add your vehicle information. You can add vehicles one at a time or in bulk if you have vehicle lists. For each vehicle, you'll enter VIN, weight, axle configuration, and usage type.
Driver Management
Maintain a complete driver roster in Truck Comply USA. Add driver information including license number, class, medical certificate expiration, and violation history. The system tracks which drivers operate which vehicles and monitors driver-specific requirements.
Requirement Tracking by Vehicle
Some requirements are vehicle-specific (like Form 2290 for heavy vehicles) while others are company-wide (like MC Authority). Truck Comply USA automatically assigns requirements to the right vehicles and tracks them separately.
Driver Qualification Files
Truck Comply USA integrates with your Driver Qualification Files (DQF) system. Store MVRs, medical certificates, employment applications, and road test certificates in a centralized, audit-ready format.
Multi-Vehicle Dashboard
Your main dashboard shows compliance status across all vehicles and drivers simultaneously. Filter by vehicle, driver, or requirement type to find what you need quickly. Generate fleet-wide compliance reports for audits or lender reviews.
