Step 4 of 8

Understanding Your Dashboard

Learn how to read your compliance dashboard, health score, and requirement statuses to stay on top of your compliance.

Your Truck Comply USA dashboard is your command center for all things compliance. Here's how to make the most of it.

Health Score

The health score is a single number (0-100) that represents your overall compliance status. It takes into account how many requirements you've completed, which ones are pending, and whether anything is expired or overdue. Aim for 80+ to be in good standing.

Requirement Statuses

Each requirement has a status indicator: Not Started (gray) means you haven't begun the filing process, In Progress (blue) means you've started but haven't submitted, Submitted (amber) means we've filed it and are waiting for government processing, Approved (green) means the requirement is current and active, and Expired (red) means the requirement has lapsed and needs renewal.

Categories

Requirements are grouped into four categories: Federal Requirements (USDOT, MC Authority, BOC-3, UCR), Tax & Fuel (IFTA, IRP, Form 2290, state fuel taxes), Safety & Operations (insurance, DQF, drug testing), and State-Specific (KYU, NY HUT, NM weight-distance, OR weight-mile, and state permits).

File All Button

If you have multiple requirements to file, use the "File All" button to submit everything at once. It aggregates all required fields, deduplicates your business info, and lets you sign once for all filings.

Renewal Tracking

Your dashboard automatically tracks expiration dates and renewal deadlines. You'll see a timeline of upcoming renewals and receive email alerts 30, 60, and 90 days before anything expires.
