Truck Comply USA generates comprehensive compliance reports that summarize your status and provide documentation for audits, insurance applications, or lender reviews. Here's how to read and use them.
Overview Section
Each report starts with an overview showing your company name, USDOT number, report date, and overall health score. The health score is the most important metric — it's a snapshot of your compliance status.
Requirement Status Breakdown
The report lists every applicable requirement with its status (Approved, Expired, Pending, Not Started), expiration or renewal date, and last update date. Requirements are grouped by category for easy reference.
Missing or Overdue Items
A special section highlights any expired requirements or items approaching expiration within 90 days. This is the action list — these are items you should prioritize.
Insurance and Authority Verification
The report includes proof of insurance, MC Authority status, and BOC-3 designations when available. These sections are especially useful when applying for insurance, obtaining credit, or responding to audit inquiries.
Exporting and Sharing
